Booking Process

  • Book directly at www.jollybuoyisland.com
  • Permits are limited & issued 2 days before travel (first-come-first-serve)
  • Carry valid ID proof for boarding

1. Cancellation by Passengers

  • More than 2 hours prior to departure: Full refund
  • Less than 2 hours prior: No refund

2. Cancellation by Operator

Cancellations due to technical issues or weather will be fully refunded or rescheduled. Partially completed trips will receive a prorated refund.

3. On-Tour Incidents

  • Bad Weather: May result in rescheduling or prorated refund
  • Non-Visibility: No refunds, but discounts may be offered for future trips

4. No-Show Policy

No refunds for no-shows.

5. Late Arrivals

May join a later trip subject to availability. Missed time is not refundable.

6. Modifications by Passengers

Changes allowed up to 2 hours before departure, based on availability.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 3 working days, minus applicable fees.

8. Special Circumstances

Exceptions may apply in cases of medical or personal emergencies.

9. Policy Acceptance

Booking implies acceptance of this policy.
