Welcome to the MV WAVE RIDER experience offered by Andaman Escapades. These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of our semi-submarine services and are binding upon acceptance.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a trip on the MV WAVE RIDER, passengers signify their agreement to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, effective immediately upon communication.
3. Eligibility and Safety Requirements
Passengers must meet our age and health criteria and attend a mandatory safety briefing. Non-compliance may result in denied boarding without refund.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Cancellations by passengers within 2 hours of the journey will incur a full cancellation fee. Operator-initiated cancellations will result in a full refund or alternative scheduling.
5. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment
Passengers acknowledge the inherent risks of marine activities. The operator is not liable for injuries or incidents arising from non-compliance with safety instructions or natural events.
6. Conduct and Behavior Expectations
Passengers must respect marine life and adhere to all environmental and crew guidelines. Disruptive behavior may result in trip termination without refund.
7. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal data is collected solely for trip purposes and is handled in accordance with data protection laws.
8. Intellectual Property
Use of MV WAVE RIDER and Andaman Escapades branding is restricted. Photography/video restrictions may apply.
9. Emergency Procedures
Passengers must follow crew instructions during emergencies. Our crew is trained with comprehensive safety protocols.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the scope of services provided and excludes external factors like natural disasters.
11. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Disputes will be resolved within its jurisdiction.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. Cancellation by Passengers
- More than 2 hours prior to departure: Full refund
- Less than 2 hours prior: No refund
2. Cancellation by Operator
Cancellations due to technical issues or weather will be fully refunded or rescheduled. Partially completed trips will receive a prorated refund.
3. On-Tour Incidents
- Bad Weather: May result in rescheduling or prorated refund
- Non-Visibility: No refunds, but discounts may be offered for future trips
4. No-Show Policy
No refunds for no-shows.
5. Late Arrivals
May join a later trip subject to availability. Missed time is not refundable.
6. Modifications by Passengers
Changes allowed up to 2 hours before departure, based on availability.
7. Refund Processing
