- Permits are limited & issued 2 days before travel (first-come-first-serve)
- Carry valid ID proof for boarding
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund if permit is not issued
- Guest cancellations as per website terms & conditions
- Cancellation done within 48 hours of the departure date will not be refundable
- Cancellation due to bad weather will be refunded without the charges (Rs 75) of permit.
- In case of any other issues please speak to our ground handling staff or onboard staff for further assistance.
